Student Success Leadership
The Blue Hen Success initiative is a collaboration of faculty, staff, and academic leadership who have come together to collectively and strategically work towards improving student success at UD.
Leadership Team
The Blue Hen Success Leadership Team has been meeting since 2016 to discuss the utilization and implementation of EAB’s Student Success Collaborative – Navigate platform at UD. Now appropriately-named Blue Hen Success, the Leadership Team meets regularly to discuss details surrounding the platform and has been a strategic voice in operational decisions and long-term vision for the initiative. The Leadership Team membership has evolved over time but now includes representatives from all colleges including a variety of faculty, staff and University administrators.
Liaisons/Super Users
Blue Hen Success Liaisons are individuals selected to represent their college and/or respective offices as main contacts between their areas and the Enrollment Management Strategic Initiatives team. Both the Leadership Team and the Enrollment Management Strategic Initiatives team look to these Liaisons for feedback about the platform and how they leverage the platform in their work to support students.
